Refurbishing old furniture 

As an exploration in adaptive reuse, Dharatal was involved in restoring a 1950s Art Deco rosewood furniture set. The set consisted of a sofa and two armchairs which were carefully refurbished. The weaved panels were exposed, the wood was given a new layer of polish, and new removable seat cushions were added to transform them into furniture that goes with the interiors scheme of our atelier. Restoring old furniture not only creates unique pieces for interiors but also helps save the environment, utilizing minimal resources and often a more economical solution.
