Gem museum, Jaipur

The Gem museum was a design challenge, transforming a compact space into a display area for jewelry. The focus was on enhancing the display of jewelry through a play of levels, with integrated storage provided below. Along with jewelry, the design also considered the display of carpets, antiques and other curated collections. A fountain was designed to add a calming sound of flowing water. The furniture was reused and lighting was designed to enhance the texture and sparkle of the display items. The facade features a modern interpretation of traditional jharokhas with a striking parametric entrance.
