The villa design in Amrut farms focuses on accessibility, comfort and community living. There are 3 typologies, with most villas at single level to ensure ease of movement for elderly residents. Each villa sits in the midst of a curated summer and winter garden, offering changing colours and textures throughout the year. Outdoor features such as swimming pool, barbeque station and bonfire pit are thoughtfully integrated in the design to encourage interaction and leisure among the community.
