This unique site condition has significantly influenced the architectural design, prompting innovative solutions to maximize space and light within the constraints. Light is introduced primarily through three light wells which are strategically placed to allow sunlight to permeate throughout the day. The presence of these courtyards ensures that despite the dense urban context, the house maintains a connection to the outdoors, enhancing the living experience. A notable aspect of the house's design is its passive cooling facade made from customized hollow terracotta blocks.
