We have designed and executed a small cowshed in the historical setting of an 18th century garden Rani Bagh in Rajnagar, Madhya Pradesh. The cowshed has been created following the context of the historical garden, above the footprints of the stable along the boundary wall, which is now lost. The structure is subtle, which is important not to hamper the historical setting. The structure has been created employing sustainable techniques including on-site casting of clay tiles.
