Dharatal with the support of Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board conserved two historic gardens of Orchha. These are Rai Praveen Palace and gardens and Phool bagh & Wazir ka bagh. The works included detailed site survey and documentation, historical background research, situation analysis for state of conservation, contextual analysis, feasibility study, disaster risk analysis and implementation of design interventions. These efforts have restored the cultural and ecological value of the historic gardens. The project ensures the historic gardens are preserved and contribute to the cultural identity of Orchha.
